During my time with Lakeba Group I achieved an impressive level of professional success. Over the 4 years I worked at Lakeba, I lead the partnership's strategy of Lakeba Group in creating innovative, constructive, sustainable and profitable alliances with multinational and global brands, I lead the international expansion of Lakeba with partners, travelling across multiple contents and representing the organisation at major international events, I substantially developed a strong relationship with Microsoft and I was at the forefront of business assessment for new ideas and projects, providing market intelligence, actionable growth strategy, identifying gaps, revenue models, methodologies and processes for Lakeba's ventures. The invaluable skills and knowledge I gained from my time at Lakeba equipped me with the expertise to excel at Jabra where I quickly worked my way up to being promoted to the Asia Pacific (ASIA & ANZ) Strategic Alliances Manager.

Working at Lakeba has been an incredibly enriching experience. Before joining Lakeba, I aspired to gain more technical expertise in marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Joining the company not only fulfilled that aspiration but also provided me with the incredible opportunity to work on a multitude of diverse projects simultaneously. My journey at Lakeba has been an incredible nine-year adventure, and I can't wait to embark on many more. It's a second home where I've seen the company evolve from a small family business into a global tech powerhouse with over 160 employees. Starting as a junior, I've grown with the company, learning to tackle technological challenges and secure dream clients like ANZ, Macquarie Group, Athena, and NSW Government. From being a junior product manager to earning the title of 'Chief Information and Product Officer,' Lakeba has been the place where dreams come to life.
