It’s an exciting time for ezidox. Active in a highly regulated market, continually evolving to match the development of Open Banking, and meeting strict SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI DSS credentials; we’re more than ready for a result driven Technical Business Analysts to join the fun.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform system analysis on software programs, applications, and web services
  • Determine system efficiency and functionality
  • Monitor product licenses and usage trends and limitations to ensure seamless product continuity
  • Liaise with customers to collect requirements, define solution proposals and answer technical/implementation questions
  • Troubleshoot client API calls/payloads to ensure successful integration with their internal systems
  • Liaise with partners and suppliers for new integrations and to manage ongoing issues/tickets/change requests
  • Responsible for conducting workshops, demos and technical presentations (with internal teams including offshore and client)
  • Think out of the box, and come up with creative solutions to meet customer requirements and/or drive customers to the preferred outcome
  • Oversee enterprise and/or integration technical support escalations
  • Respond and deliver quality POC’s/RFI/RFP etc
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design
  • Responsible for producing and maintaining documentation
  • Become the reference contact for any technical/configuration/product related question

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or IT, or in a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of technical infrastructure (OS configuration, IIS, DNS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SaaS ESB is a bonus (Zapier, Flow, …)
  • Must have Microsoft Azure exposure
  • Must have SQL language knowledge.
  • Must have exposure to API management
  • Nice to have .NET, C#, Javascript and other languages
  • Nice to have exposure to CRM’s (Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Nice to have exposure to compliance standards (such as ISO, SOC-2, APRA)
