This is not a classic enterprise sales leadership role. It’s so much better.

In the last six years we’ve built 17 start-ups. Our proptech and fintech businesses deliver unique online services to businesses and consumers. Four of them have grown exponentially, needing sales strategy, skill and experience to grow their large business customer base, deeper and broader.

This sales Leadership role is a captain/coach, working in the field with the sales team you will hire to hit targets, drive revenue and feed customer requirements back into the Innovation engine that is Lakeba Group.

You’ll need a passion for technology, a love of customers and a “make it happen” attitude.

You’ll be 100% focussed on working closely with the sales team to develop high value customers. Supported by marketing, which also takes care of the low-touch, high volume customers. Reporting into the CEO, while collaborating with other senior managers to lead the group’s sales agenda by demonstrating and fostering a culture of accountability, initiative, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
  • Help close large enterprise deals by working alongside your sales team.
  • Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing.
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
  • Build new and innovative sales and distribution channels.
  • Observe and understand market trends and develop strategies to exploit them.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team. track and report.
