About the role

We are looking for a candidate with a wealth of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM who is capable of executing automated campaigns.They should also be knowledgeable in SEO and SEM, and have an ideal comprehension of Canva and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the CMO and help to deliver all projects and tasks with high output
  • Support an industry-leading CRM program / Microsoft Dynamics, including one-off campaigns, lifecycle campaigns and campaign automation
  • Manage customer segmentation and personalise campaigns
  • Optimise audience segments to maximise CRM sales growth and reduce database churn.
  • Analysis of CRM campaigns to report on success/ROI
  • Management of customer rewards and win-back programs.
  • Work with developers and venture leads to create an eDM Program tailored to their business
  • Build optimal channel marketing tactics and build build programs and campaigns into the marketing automation platform and ensure a rhythm of review, monitor, optimize and reporting
  • Manage SEM and SEO to support all Marketing and CRM initiatives
  • Support all LinkedIn activities including the post analysis on all posts



  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in marketing with focus on CRM and Digital  
  • Solid understanding on Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft environment 
  • Understanding of coordination of various outbound emails and designs tailored to the venture’s comms. task 
  • Being able to measure and optimise outcomes to drive efficiency on all CRM comms 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, ability to think innovatively and pivot on idea where necessary 
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities, to be responsive and to effectively manage your time 
  • A fast learner – you love understanding how things work and why and look for ways to improve 
  • Proven project management skills and ability to build project plans to deliver to timing and objectives 
  • Work with other technical consultants in architecting our CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the client’s organizational processes
  • Facilitate with other team members in the implementation of data migration and translation, data integration and training 
  • Excellent time management skills and proactive attitude 
  • Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed – on venture level and within the Marketing department 
  • Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application 
  • Contribute to the product customer value proposition, ensuring all product communications remain differentiated with the customer benefit/value at the core. 
  • Customer centred design thinking for all integrated marketing campaigns with focus on CRM 
  • Additionally explore partnership opportunities to drive product acquisition and deepen customer engagement 
  • Great interpersonal skills and openness to learn and develop to add value to our business 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital or Relevant tertiary qualifications 
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar type of role across CRM/Automation 
  • HTML skills desired but not essential 
  • Proven hands-on experience building CRM campaigns 
  • Solid technical ability – comfortable with technology, ability to work across a variety of systems, extracting and manipulating content across different online platforms.
