To quote the MFAA CEO(from MFAA.com), Siobhan Hayden:

Change is constant and digital disruption is upon us (…) I am certain that the next four years will be a period of significant change and disruption and I anticipate that the way you currently do business today, will not be the same in the future

The idea of change, disruption and challenge go hand in hand for Hayden who is sure that customers, technologies and networks are transforming.

It is essential to understand how much change we make in our business today will have an effect on what won’t be the same business in future.

In a constantly evolving world of technology, the biggest challenge according to Hayden is to select and implement meaningful transformations

Broker 2020 has been specifically created to help us win this challenge. At MFAA Broker2020, it is possible to learn from the success stories of business leaders, mentors and peers and take inspiration for innovative solutions that is exactly what your business is looking for.
